Its structural design features a reinforced middle frame, along with coal-deflecting and anti-slip devices tailored to the specific slope. Additionally, the conveyor incorporates a four-roller upper trough idler system arranged in two staggered rows, creating a deep 60° trough angle that effectively prevents raw coal from sliding backward. This equipment plays a critical role in coal transportation and lifting operations within mining environments.
