With its compact design and minimal footprint, it has seen significant advancements in recent years, particularly for applications involving large lifting heights and high-capacity material handling, further expanding its versatility and widespread use.
The sidewall belt consists of a base belt, sidewalls, and partitions. The base belt looks similar to a conventional conveyor belt but has significantly greater lateral rigidity. The sidewalls feature a wave-like design, while the partitions can be classified into T-type, C-type, and TC-type based on their distinct cross-sectional profiles. - The T-type is suitable for applications with an incline angle β ≤ 40°. - The C-type is ideal for scenarios where the incline angle β > 40° and the material flows relatively well. - The TC-type is best suited for situations involving incline angles β > 40°, where the material exhibits higher viscosity and stickiness.
